The Queens Bath is a natural tide pool on the island of Kaua’i, a part of Hawaii islands. The pool is a sinkhole created long ago when lava tube met the cool ocean waters – later on the top of the tube collapsed. Queens Bath is located in the Northern part of Kauaʻi (USA) just a walking distance from one of Princeville’s golf court and nicest neighborhoods. Queens Bath is not really a beachy area it is mostly rocky terrain, there are only but a dozen parking spots close by (and you can get a 50$ ticket for parking on the street) from the parking spots it is a short downhill hike to get to the biggest bath, and there’s a few other smaller spots to swim around. It is not too difficult of a hike but you need to check in advance to see if the tide is high or low if you actually wish to swim there (during the winter months, swimming is out of the question due to strong currents there are no lifeguards around so… well, enter at your own risk).
