Semuc Champey (Monumento Natural Semuc Champey), is a natural park in the center of Guatemala. Semuc Champey is a 4 kilometers drive from the town of Lankin which is suitable mainly for four-wheel-drive vehicles. The park main attraction is made out of a natural bridge of limestone (about 300 meters in length). Río Cahabón (Cahabón River) runs above and underneath it. The bridge itself created a spectacular series of waterfalls where water flows yearlong into clear emerald pools.  Semuc Champey is a popular swimming attraction. The tropical rain forest enclosing the river is a habitat to more than 100 species of birds and other dozens of species of mammals and reptiles. Entrance is 50 quetzal (about 6.5$ USD) without the guided tour.
